…This tattoo is a tribute to my parents and a reflection of myself. The anchor is for my dad for always keeping me grounded and steady, the serpent represents my mom since its her zodiac sign (snake) and she’s vicious as fuck when she wants to be. And if you notice the anchor, serpent, and mermaid are all intertwined. The mermaid is a cartoon version of me (Monroe placement :P) and she is being guarded by the anchor and serpent. I think life and mine especially is as wild, untamed, and spontaneous as the seas. Therefore protect me from my serpent seas. ;)”
